We call ourselves as the BORNEO BUSKERS. We do street performance/Busking. This group/team or we call it FAMILY are bringing back the 1980's Busking sprit!! Busking or Street performance, are well known in KL, SINGAPORE and the western country. We are all musicians gather together with our instruments , knowledge and 1 hope and message.. THAT IS TO SHARE & EXPRESS OUR FEELINGS to the public.. For the public to respect us as musician.. To respect blind street musician and others.

WHAT WE DO?

Sharing our life story thru our music for the public to open their eyes, with all life problems that we had in the past or present, we make it as a story . Thru music we feel release. Thru music we are cured. Thru music, we became one family and we want the public too, to join us as 1 family. By this, we actually giving hope to teenagers with life problems to be happy in life and to go on living just like us.

The founder for BORNEO BUSKERS is Julie Melissa Justin . We believe that she's the first lady busker in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. She's a tallented musician. You can always see her busk around Kota Kinabalu city with her buskers. She's well known with her powerful vocal. A professional singer I can say. 

She speaks for every musicians . She even fight for musicians right with the DBKK - Kota Kinabalu Citi Hall officers. She was reprimanded by the police to stop the busking activity. But today, public has given positive feedback to this busking activity in Kota Kinabalu. Thanks to our BUSKING QUEEN, Julie, she has given Sabah musicians another chance and hope.
